Beyond their work in the classroom, how might the State Board best tap the collective skills and talents of teachers to best address Utah's most critical educational challenges? How might they inform and promulgate your work? (Question from Utahans For Public Schools)

Teachers are the most vital resource education has in Utah. The best way for the State Board of Education to tap the collective skills and talents of teachers is to meet with them and visit them in their classrooms.  Board members need to take the time to listen to teachers concerns before they make decisions.
